What Does Our Group Do?
Venture Group is an independent corporate advisory business, with both finance and business expertise. We focus our skills, abilities and capabilities on growing and building enterprise value for our clients. Value is created either by merger, acquisition, divestment, alliance, licensing and/or partnership deals. We also assist our clients to raise capital which includes debt, equity or mezzanine funding.
Our client base includes family businesses, private businesses, public companies or companies about to list. We provide corporate advisory services as well as assistance to initially list, recapitalise or raise additional funds.
We and all of our clients are mindful of challenges of continual disruption on business. This disrupton includes the effects of changing markets, the impact of dynamic economies, global influences, financial market movements, the impact of new technologies, new business models and evolving competitive landscapes.
